He served as Vice President Engineering and Operations for Selectica, Active Decisions (acquired by Knova), Cascadeworks (developed by Elance), i2 Technologies, Supplybase (acquired by i2), Diffusion, Worldtalk (IPO), Polycom, and Sun Microsystems (IPO). Steve is a co-founder of Cresta Partners, an innovative executive search and consulting firm focused on early to mid-stage technology companies. He has an MSEE and a BSEE from the University of Michigan.
